Nominating Committee: Meets whenever necessary to fill any vacancies during and at the end of the year.
 

Allocations Committee: It is the duty of the allocations committee to review the current grant application on an annual basis.  They also set the dates for the application deadline, agency visitation, and board hearings.  This committee also proposes any correspondence sent to the agencies in regard to the allocation process as directed by the board.
 

Campaign Committee: Arranges the raising and collection of funds.
 

Policies/Procedures Committee: Meets whenever there is an issue that needs revision or a new policy needs to be written.  They are responsible for staying current with United Way Worldwide standards which require annual review and updating.
 

Finance/Audit Committee: This committee meets quarterly to review any changes in investments, interest, or other financial concerns that may arise.  They can recommend budget adjustments to the board for the annual budget.
 

Golf Committee: Plans the annual golf tournament and recruits sponsors.
 

Imagination Library Committee: Works on marketing and awareness of the Dolly Parton Imagination Library in Finney County.
